CHAMBER NEW AND UPDATED POLICIES
As private membership organizations, chambers need to have membership standards and qualifications – both for individual behaviors and for business/organizational activities - and should be written, either in by-laws or a policy statement. The three policies below have been edited or updated. If you have questions or comments please contact Laurie Staiger at 651-842-9480 or email@example.com.

MAILING LIST POLICY
One of the greatest assets available to members of the Woodbury Area Chamber of Commerce is access to the membership list. It is unavailable to non-members.
The list may only be used once per purchase.
- It is recommended that members purchase the list within one or two days of the mailing as the database is updated daily.
- This includes the business name, contact name, and the mailing address for each representative listed for each member. It totals approximately 900 names and addresses.
- The list is provided to the member via email in Excel and can then be printed directly onto the marketing / promotional piece or into labels.
- Cost: Business Members $50, Nonprofit/Government $35

LOGO USAGE POLICY
The following guidelines have been developed to ensure the proper and consistent use of the official logo of the Woodbury Area Chamber of Commerce.
The logo is for use by members in good standing, as well as by the media. If you are a member of the Chamber, you can use the logo on your website.
The logo must be used in its original form, with no alterations to the design or color palette. The logo includes a white background which must be included with the logo.
When you use the logo, maintain its overall integrity. For example, in no case should you reduce the size so much that the tag line "Connecting Commerce & Community” are not legible. Do not attempt to stretch or skew the logo or make it larger than your organization’s logo.
For more information or to receive an email of our logo, please contact the chamber office 651.578.022 or email Michelle at email@example.com (Please specify the format you desire for downloads).
For all other uses of our logo we request that you contact us and let us know how you intend to use it. We will work with you to ensure that the end use is appropriate for both your company and the Chamber.
Thanks again for your interest in expanding the Chamber's visibility and your continued support for the Woodbury Area Chamber of Commerce.
We welcome the use of our logo on member website and promotional materials. We just ask you to follow a few guidelines to ensure maximum benefit for your business and the Chamber.
